WELCOME

IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME

Never send your personal healthcare information on text or voicemail. These are not secure to the level required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act which is a federal law that protects the privacy of your health information. You can simply leave your name (spell it out on voicemail) and phone number and I will call you back as soon as I can. There may be a delay if am not able to receive your message immediately because I am speaking with other clients, or out of the office. But typically I can check messages daily.

If you have an urgent matter that needs immediate attention, please seek in person care near your geographic location at the time of the event (e.g. PCP, urgent care, emergency room, walk in mental health crisis center).

Please be certain you are contacting me through the platform that we are working together through (e.g. TherapyAppoinment, Headway, etc.). If you cannot reach me there, leave a message with your name and phone on my voicemail.
